This summer, our chef has designed an exquisite new menu of plates to share. You will find some things to nibble while you just have a drink – a plate of ESB onion rings, some house spiced macadamias and cashews, or fresh oysters served with vodka, lime and chilli. Or at lunch or in the afternoon, try the larger plates. Typically you might find Spring Bay Mussels with Pomodoro and Chilli, Southern Style Chicken with our BBQ sauce, or Black Angus Skewers with Salsa Verde.
Maybe it’s late in the Yarra Valley, and you’re looking for a great steak – Perhaps a 500g Dry Aged Black Angus Ribeye steak, from Gruyere (just over the next hill). We can help you with that. How would you like it?
We also source the freshest of fresh seafood from the markets daily, so there’s always plenty on offer.
We’d like to serve this to you accompanied by our ales and lagers, but also with an offering of the more exciting artisan wines from our region.
