#GBW2016 COMPETITION TIME
We’re launching a competition TONIGHT at 6PM, just 24 hours before the GBW2016 opening party, to win a helicopter flight for up to 3 people over the Yarra Valley, with JamCo Helicopters, and a $100 dining voucher for Hargreaves Hill restaurant.
All you have to do is tag us, @HargreavesHill, in a picture of you enjoying a #handcrafted Hargreaves Hill beer on either Twitter, Instagram or Facebook (or all three, if you’re keen!) using the hashtag #HowDoYouDrinkYours.
Judging will be based on how unique and creative the image is and if you like / follow us, share or tag your friends, extra points will be awarded. Please drink responsibly.
The winner will be announced on Friday 5 August (otherwise known as INTERNATIONAL BEER DAY!) and the prize will be valid for a 12 month period.
Ts & Cs.
Passengers / Weight
*Accurate weights of passengers and luggage are required uponbooking to enable the pilot to coordinate weight distribution, including fuel. Incorrect passenger provided weights may result in a passenger not being permitted to fly to prevent an aircraft flying when overloaded.
For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding the aircraft. Individual weights in excess of 110kg (or 250 pounds or 18 stone) may incur a surcharge.
Due to the lack of appropriate restraints, infants will not be carried in company aircraft. An infant is a child who has not yet reached his or her 3rd birthday.
Any child aged between the age of 3 and 13 years will only be carried if they can safely occupy their own seat on the aircraft and this may include the use of a booster seat to assist in the seatbelt fitting correctly. The child must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.
The minimum age for No Doors flights is 12 years.
There are no refunds for customer cancellations made within 24 hours of booked flight time. In the event that the client does not show up for the flight, there are no refunds.
All flights, in the interest of safety, operate weather pending and are only restricted under extreme weather conditions such as low cloud, fog, gusty winds, extreme heat or electrical storms.
Flights may still operate in wet weather.
Should guests wish to cancel their tour because of bad weather and flights are still able to operate, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
All flights cancelled by JamCo Helicopters will not incur any cancellation charge and all endeavors will be made to re‐schedule the flights to another time or day to suit the guest’s needs.
JamCo Helicopters will not be held liable for costs associated with airfares, accommodation or anything else due to helicopter flights which do not proceed as booked.
